1. Introduction

Welcome to heydu ("we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our software application (the "App") available via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements or policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not download, install, or use the App.

2. License to Use

Upon downloading the App, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices that you own or control. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the App;
• Use the App to violate any laws, including copyright or trademark laws;

Google Play Store

For Google Play Store purchases, payments will be processed through Google Pay, and your subscription is subject to Google Play's terms of service.

Apple App Store

For Apple App Store purchases, payments will be processed through Apple Pay, and your subscription is subject to Apple's terms of service.

You agree to pay all fees associated with your Subscription, including taxes and other charges. We may change the subscription fee at any time, and we will provide notice if this occurs. If you do not agree with the price changes, you may cancel your Subscription before the next billing cycle.

5. Free Trials and Refunds

We may offer a free trial of our Subscription services. At the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically charged the Subscription fee unless you cancel prior to the trial's end.

Refunds for subscriptions are handled according to the policies of the respective app store platform:

• For Google Play, refer to Google Play refund policy.
• For Apple App Store, refer to Apple refund policy.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds or credits will be provided for any partial subscription periods or unused services.

7. Updates and Changes to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be automatically installed, and you consent to such automatic updates as part of your use of the App.

8. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks;
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the App, and the license granted to you will be revoked.
